Blessing Samuel holds two degrees: One in Geography from University of Jos, Plateau State and Environmental Science and Resource Management from National Open University. Additionally, an Advance Diploma in Computer Operating & Desktop Publishing Tech from Kyenpa Foundation Network and an excellent Customer Service Course with Fortis Academy.

She is hardworking, honest, diligent and a reliable person; and prior to her joining the bank, she built a lofty reputation with M&M Microfinance Bank Limited and Wunmi Bewaji & Co as professional customer service personnel with bagging several awards. She speaks Hausa and Yoruba fluently and happily married to a supportive husband. She is a student member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and widely travelled.
